Pricing is subject to change including but not limited to “Force Majeure”, strikes, or labor disputes, government-imposed tariffs and / or regulations, freight charges and fees. Backorder Pricing Disclaimer: All backorder pricing is subject to change and can only be confirmed at the time of invoicing by  manufacturer or supplier to Sole Source. This includes, but is not limited to, any newly enacted tariffs, clearance costs by customs upon entry into the USA. Any price adjustments due to these factors will be itemized separately as a tariff surcharge line on our invoice.
